Individually made from the finest ingredients!

My mother used to always say, "Eat it, it's good for you!" Sound familiar? I just couldn't understand why everything that was "good for me" tasted so bad! With that always in mind, I have spent the last 30+ years trying to debunk that perception and create healthy pastries and desserts that would not only be good for me but have great taste as well! 

I have loved ice cream my whole life and when I had issues eating it, I embarked upon a journey to produce a product conducive to my condition and satisfy my dessert desires. After years of experimenting with different bases, I read an article about coconut milk and cream and a light bulb went off! After experimenting for almost 4-years... we finally found a winner! 

2 awards and 70+ flavors later (and growing), I am proud of our accomplishments in this area and hope that everyone, not only those with dietary issues, will enjoy our contribution to the non-dairy culinary landscape as we continue to:

 If my mother who didn't eat dairy ice cream for religious reasons (but loved chocolate... mmm), was here today, I would be proud to say to her...  "Eat it, it's good for you!"
